1990 Frank Thomas No Name On Front NNOF BGS 6.5

This was the card when I was a kid that everyone wanted. At that time I was 8 years old and I would look into Beckett Baseball Magazine and see that it was worth several hundred dollars, which was enough to make me keep spending my quarters to buy packs in hopes of pulling the 1990 Frank Thomas NNOF error card. I never did end up getting one, and I might just have to buy one at a card show or on eBay some day.

A few 1990 Topps Frank Thomas No Name On Front error cards will pop up on eBay from time to time, and one such example is a BGS 6.5 that is currently for sale. The sub grades given to the card are: Centering 8, Edges 8.5, Corners 6, Surface 8.5.

  2. is it worth the risk to open two factory sealed sets in hopes of getting one of these cards?

  3. The 1990 Topps series was SUPER mass produced. Your factory sets won't gain much value because of that - it might be worth the gamble. Not sure when they came out with the factory sets in 1990. I've heard the Thomas NNOF card was only available in the first batch of cases produced in 1990.

  5. I have this factory sealed set. So what are these wax packs? Is there a produced set number that I could match up to? Of course I'm eager to find out if I have this card or not. If anyone has info on how I could tell if this card is in my set, pleas let me know...rangoose48@yahoo.com....My name is Randy

  8. Does anyone know how much a Kobe Bryant rookie card with no name on the front would be worth?

  9. Also have several trial of using various fonts first in the system and then try it out in the real time. Direct implementation in the real time would spoil your card.TeddyWay
